Dr. Contractor provides fee-for-service, concierge level of care which provides direct access and personalized care to all her patients. She helps coordinate care between other providers to ensure that she is intimately involved in every step of your and your family members’ journey to health. In order to provide such a high level of care, Dr. Contractor is not contracted with any insurance companies. Patients can obtain a superbill for possible out-of-network reimbursement from the patient’s insurance company.

The following professional services that require longer than 5 minutes will be charged for each 15-minute increment:
Telephone/text conversations
Communication and/or coordination of care with other providers and family members
Email reading or writing
Report/letter writing
Review of psychological testing reports
Other services carried out on a patient’s behalf
Dr. Contractor is not in-network with any insurance companies. Dr. Contractor does provide a superbill which you may submit to your insurance company which may partially cover the cost of the appointments or not at all.
After each appointment, Dr. Contractor provides a superbill that details the services you received. The details of the visit include procedural codes and charges for each service. Patients and their family members can submit superbills to their insurance companies for possible reimbursements of out-of-network services.
